i have a PowerMac G5 Quadcore with MacOS 10.5.8 installed.

  2. I am looking for an Apple service manual for a 2005 PowerMac Quad machine. I have scoured the internet and have only come across manuals for 2003 and 2004 machines. Is it the same process to disassemble the 2005 model? If not, can anyone direct me to a link where I can download a copy? Help would be much appreciated.

i have ran into some problems with the temperature of the machine.

the temperature of CPU B is way to high!

that means that the fans are running at near full speed and the pump of the watercooler are pumping way to hard.

here you can see that when the machine is idle the temps are way to high on CPU B:

CPU A Core 1: 29,0*C

CPU A Core 2: 28,8*C

CPU B Core 1: 64,8*C

CPU B Core 2: 70,3*C

thats not good at all and bye the way that is when i have a desk fan in front of it!!!!

this also means that i have to wait about 20 minutes until i can restart the machine.

otherwise i get 2 red lights next to the ram and the gray bootscreen will freeze and all fans will rev to full blast!

can someone help me out please???
