Sync for Fitbit downloads your Fitbit history from Fitbit.com and stores it on your iPhone in Appleās Health App. After syncing your data manually for the first time the app will auto-sync your data in the background multiple times a day automatically. Solved: Is there an option to manually sync? Thanks:) Ok, I read the article, no help When I clicked on the link for 'Fitbit Connect' it took me to the 'Set up Fitbit Device page' where I got the download in the first place for my Fitbit. Step 2 under the manuel instructions reads 'Open the Main Menu of Fitbit Connect and click Sync Now.' I don't see a 'Main Menu' I'm on my dashboard, I've.
I recently bought a fitbit Blaze. It came with a USB cable to charge it with, and I like it so far and everything, but I downloaded the fitbit app/program on my computer and it says my computer requires a fitbit bluetooth dongle to sync/connect with my computer.
What?! I already use my computer to sync with my phone and sync with bluetooth headphones for sound and voice chat using bluetooth! Even after disabling all those things my fitbit still wouldn't sync with my computer without some additional dongle.
Why do I need it?!? Even when connected with the USB charger it doesn't sync!
Manual Sync Blaze With Macbook Pro
Can anybody explain why I need an additional fitbit bluetooth dongle to sync with my already-bluetooth-enabled laptop? Surely it doesn't need to stream more data than my headset...
